Senior Scientific Leadership team Biographies

Karen Goss joined i3 Drug Safety in 2003. She is a registered nurse with both a BSN and a MBA and brings substantial Pharmacovigilance experience to i3. Prior to joining i3, Karen held a drug safety manager position at Pfizer. She has 14 years of industry experience, and more than 12 years of experience in clinical trial and post-marketed safety surveillance in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the CRO environment. In addition to industry and safety experience, Karen has 20 years of clinical nursing experience where she held staff nurse positions in critical care in addition to positions as a Director of Nursing and a Nurse Educator.

As the Global Director of Pharmacovigilance, Karen is responsible for coordination and oversight of all of i3’s Pharmacovigilance teams and activities.
