Andrew Rosner, B.Sc., M.B.A.

Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Rosner is responsible for global expansion beyond North America and Europe. He joined Innovus (now i3 Innovus) in 1995 and held various positions including Project Manager, Senior Manager, and Director for the health economics team before taking the position as Managing Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research in 2003. During this time, Mr. Rosner has designed and implemented numerous prospective and retrospective health economic and outcomes studies, many of which have been presented and published in peer-reviewed forums. His main areas of therapeutic experience include rheumatology, infectious diseases, urology, and woman’s health. In addition, Mr. Rosner was instrumental in providing leadership and direction in global expansion of Innovus. Mr. Rosner earned his bachelor of science degree in pharmacology and biology and a master of business administration degree specialized in health services management, both from McMaster University.
